• PYP 4 students attend a Design & Advertisement Workshop Pathways School Noida

A Design Thinking and Advertisement workshop was organised for our Grade 4 students in collaboration with D’ART Design, a brand design consultant agency on 28th & 29th August, respectively. The workshops were conducted in batches of 2 over two days at the organisation’s corporate office in Faridabad.

The two immersive workshops, facilitated by the D’ART Design’s professionals, covered the aspects of design thinking cycle to improve the experience of a school desk and creating a persuasive jingle for the Rajasthan Kabaddi League. The sessions were not only educational but also very thoughtfully designed and executed to engage and inspire our young learners. The mentors broke down complex concepts of design thinking and jingle making into simple and relatable examples to nurture students’ creativity and problem-solving skills. The children were systematically guided through the process of brainstorming, ideation, prototyping, and presenting their own thoughts. A lot of thought and effort had been put into tailoring the workshops to our students’ level of understanding, and the interactive activities like recording the jingle on a beat in their recording studio kept children engaged and excited throughout the session.

The meticulously crafted workshops seamlessly aligned with the conceptual content that our children are being imparted currently on the unit on Advertisements and resonated with their current educational journey, aptly. It not only served as a crucial bridge that enhanced children's comprehension but also served as a bedrock to achieve heightened clarity.

Overall, the workshops reinforced classroom learning by offering real-world applications and interactive experiences to out Grade 4 learners and engaged students in a dynamic manner. They also received a token of appreciation in the form of a memento which further motivated and encouraged our young learners.
