At Pathways School Noida, our teachers are more than educators. They are mentors, innovators, and leaders in global education. Committed to lifelong learning, they ensure every student receives an education that is both timeless and future-focused. Many of them lead training sessions for schools across India and abroad, sharing expertise and shaping educational practices worldwide. Our faculty also includes IBENs, NEASC, and CIS visitors who travel internationally to evaluate schools, bringing back insights that directly enrich our classrooms.

Pathways is a hub for professional development. With dedicated training centres and placement programs, our teachers continuously advance their own skills while training educators beyond our campus. They conduct IB training for Delhi Government schools and represent the school at prestigious forums such as the Early Childhood Education Summit and the PYPC Pan-India Meet.

Professional growth is a defining feature of our community. Over 120 faculty members have completed advanced AI training, and 10 educators are recognised as Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts (MIEEs). This distinction positions Pathways as a global showcase school, giving our teachers access to exclusive professional development, international collaborations, and opportunities to lead projects with peers across more than 100 countries.

Our teachers actively host and participate in workshops, trainings, and summits, contributing to the global education community while bringing back fresh perspectives for our students.
