On the 1st of February, MYP 1 and 2 students had an enriching experience as part of our Human Library event. This unique initiative allowed them to engage deeply with a diverse tapestry of life stories as they interacted with individuals from a multitude of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. The event commenced with heartfelt narratives from our five inaugural human books who candidly shared the journey of their lives in India. Subsequently, the students had the privilege of engaging with 22 human 'books' of their choice, each imparting tales of struggle, triumph, adventure, and victory, embodying the principles of diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice.

These narratives not only left an indelible mark on all participants but also provoked thoughtful inquiry and introspection, challenging us to re-evaluate our preconceptions.
